00:22Well, it's very interesting. It took me a while to actually learn that. I mean, I was never a put-downer kind of person, but even until maybe I was 50 or something, I thought that compliments were sort of a win-lose situation.

00:47Yeah, or if you compliment somebody that's less about you.
00:51But somewhere that changed.
00:54And I began to compliment people a lot.
00:58Whether it's a teacher or just any, you know, out in the world.
01:02You know, if somebody does something that has a positive impact, you know, compliments are really important.
01:11And, you know, like I said, nobody should have to wait till their funeral to hear good things about themselves.
01:17So, and I think kids probably appreciate that too, you know, not probably, you know, because, you know, if you're a kid, um, you're always getting criticism, whether it's constructive or criticism from adults, whether it's your teacher or, um, your parents, it's no, you don't do it that way.
