When you browse
The web host may record routine technical information such as IP address, browser details, requested pages, and access times in server logs. This helps deliver the site and diagnose security or performance issues. This website does not have an active account system, checkout, or first-party analytics or advertising pixel in its code.
When you email us
If you choose an email link, we receive the address you use and whatever you include in your message. We use it to respond to your inquiry and manage any resulting conversation. Email is not a secure channel for sensitive health information; please avoid sending detailed medical records or a child's private health information through a general inquiry.
Sign-up forms
When you request the FitFuel guide, we save your first name, email address, optional update preference, form source, time, and the version of the notice shown to you. The data is held in a private database outside the public website files and is accessible only to authorized server administrators for Baby Steps Nutrition. It is not sent to FormSubmit, Formspree, or another form-processing service. A short-lived keyed hash of your connection address is used for spam limits; the signup database does not store your raw IP address. The web host may still record routine access logs.
We use these details to handle your guide request. Only if you select the optional checkbox may your email also be used for podcast and wellness updates. An administrative signup notification is emailed to Argavan at argavan@gmail.com. No automated newsletter or email to the visitor is configured. The form does not collect health details or create an account. You can request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of your update preference by emailing argavan@gmail.com.
Media and other services
Pages may request fonts from Google, podcast audio from Simplecast, video or thumbnails from YouTube, and Instagram video embeds. Visiting a page with an embed or choosing to play it can send your IP address and browser information to those providers. They may use cookies or similar technologies under their own policies. The site also links to podcast platforms and social networks; once you leave this site, their privacy practices apply.
Media embeds do not require you to create an account with Baby Steps Nutrition. If you prefer not to load an embedded player, you can use the transcript or other text on the page instead, where available.
Your choices and requests

Retention and security
Guide requests are kept on this website’s server for up to 90 days. Private local backup copies expire within seven days. An encrypted off-server copy of the website and signup database is also stored in the website operator’s Dropbox account. Backups are scheduled weekly; the latest verified copy is kept until a replacement is successfully verified. Deleted or expired signup records may remain in a backup until it is replaced, and deleted backup files may remain in Dropbox’s recovery history under the account’s retention settings. The recovery key is stored separately from Dropbox. Contact us to include backup copies when requesting deletion. Rate-limit hashes expire within 20 minutes and are cleared on subsequent requests or daily maintenance. Access is restricted to authorized server administrators. HTTPS protects information in transit; no online transmission or storage method is completely secure.
Hosting logs and direct email correspondence follow their respective providers’ retention settings. Direct messages and administrative guide-signup notifications are delivered to Argavan’s Gmail inbox and follow its retention settings. Ask us to remove both the server record and the email copy when requesting deletion. Some providers may process information outside your country. Contact us with questions or deletion requests.
Children's privacy
This site's topics include children and families, but the site is intended for adults, parents, and caregivers. There are no child accounts, and the guide request form is intended for adults. Please do not send a child's personal or medical information through a general email inquiry. If you believe a child has sent personal information here, contact us so we can review the situation.
